The location of this hotel is very nice, with fine views of the Bosphorus Bridge and close proximity to all the tourist attractions and the center of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the rooms were cozy and well-designed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and served right to my room at no additional cost.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Bosphorus bridge, offering stunning views of the sea from the restaurant. It's a great base for exploring the center and major sites of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a typical Turkish spread, and the hotel has convenient facilities such as a bus stop in front.
The hotel lacks a reliable service backup, as experienced when we had trouble opening the safe with our passports.
